The seller met the stated deadline. They replied with instructions on how to register, I had to struggle a bit with Chinese to understand how to proceed.
In fact, it gives you access to a larger library, not just CSMAR, but I haven´t checked other sources. About CSMAR - I bought it to get access to datasets, but this license option doesn´t allow you to use Cross-table Query, but you can freely download single tables through regular Data Query to connect them later.
Anyway, if you need Chinese datasets, feel free to contact this seller.
