Всё прошло хорошо, продавец быстро поменял магазин. Советуют не менять 2 дня пароль и не покупать игры 24 часа, чтобы стим не задетектил. С продавцом лучше говорить по английски.

All went well, seller quickly changed the store to Turkish. He advises to not change password for 2 days and don´t buy any games for 24 hours, so steam doesn´t detect anything suspicious.
Better to communicate with seller using english than russian.
