You play as a unit commander who took part in the Warsaw Uprising of 1944. You begin the first day with a group of three insurgents, whose first objective is to secure weapons and reach base safely. You are participating in a tragic and simultaneously heroic episode in the capital´s history. Your goal is to survive as long as possible. And there is only one way to do this: fight with weapons in hand.

MANAGE YOUR SQUAD
Make key decisions and lead your soldiers throughout the 63 days of the Warsaw Uprising. Collect weapons, ammunition, and other resources to help your troops survive. Disarm enemy troops, neutralize cannons, and aid the fighting Warsaw! In the new, expanded version of the game, you have the opportunity to experience missions based on real events of the Warsaw Uprising. The game also includes character photographs, archival documents, and posters directly related to the Uprising. The game also features a full calendar of key events, day by day.

DEVELOP YOUR SKILLS
Defeat the enemy not only with force, but above all with intelligence. Use the skills of your subordinates to gain an advantage over the enemy. Regularly comb German caches and arsenals to obtain weapons for the Uprising. Manage your weapons and ammunition to ensure your heroes are properly equipped to confront the enemy. Level up your heroic Insurgents, who will over time acquire increasingly useful skills in skirmishes and form an effective, coordinated team.

GO TO THE CITY
Navigate a detailed map of Warsaw in 1944. Make your way through alleys and secret passages, fight your way through ruins and obstacles. Patrol the streets cleared of enemies and carry out your commander´s orders, all the while learning facts from the biographies of your heroes. As a commander, decide when to fight and when to retreat. Warsaw´s landscape changes over time, and the game reflects the city´s destruction in successive battles. The occupying forces´ superiority grows daily, and this struggle is unwinnable. But you fight for a just cause: for a free Poland!
