💰Refunds are possible:
- the entire amount if the seller has not fulfilled the terms of the transaction or has not fulfilled them in full, as well as if the seller exceeds the order fulfillment deadlines;
- with a 25% commission deduction, at the initiative of the buyer (change of purchase decision, wrong product, unread instructions or product description, inappropriate platform, lost access to the account or its blocking), as well as in the event of technical problems, for reasons beyond the seller´s control and forced delays in order fulfillment due to problems with the account or servers, only if the goods have NOT yet been delivered to the account;
- with a 20% commission deduction if the purchase date and the removal of the set from the Fortnite store coincide (as well as when placing an order outside of the store´s working hours on the eve of the removal of this set), which makes it impossible to fulfill this order.
