Продавец занимается нелегальной активацией, нарушая EULA Xfer. Жалоба в компанию отправлена. Лицензия у вас может слететь в любой момент, даже, если вы "соблюдаете все правила". Не рекомендую такой серый digital.

Повторяюсь, что это нелегальная активация, которая запрещена правилами использования лицензий Xfer. Продавая такие лицензии для личного пользования, вы подвергаете пользователей блокировке.
