🔹 We recommend using your Epic Games account nickname.

🔸 I’ve added you as a friend. When will I receive the gift?
🔹 You need to wait at least 48 hours after adding (only for the first purchase).

🔸 What if I order many items at once?
🔹 If your order contains more than 5 items, the remaining items can only be sent the following day.

🔸 What if the item disappears within those 48 hours?
🔹 Within 10 days after payment, you can choose another item, pay extra for a more expensive one, or request a refund (with a fee).

🔸 Can I order skins that are not currently in the shop?
🔹 No, only items currently available in the Fortnite Item Shop can be ordered.

🔸 If I’m not in the game, will the gift arrive?
🔹 Yes, it will appear the next time you log in. You don’t need to be online or accept it.

🔸 Why can’t partial bundles be gifted?
🔹 A “partial ownership” error occurs. Such bundles can only be purchased personally or you can select individual items from them.

🔸 Can V-Bucks, bundles, or Crew be gifted?
🔹 No, they cannot be sent as gifts. A purchase link is available in the description.

🔹 No, gifts are non-refundable. Refunds are only possible for personally purchased items.

🔹 Levels can only be purchased using V-Bucks on your account. A purchase link for the Pass is available in the description.

🔹 Yes, any Item Shop items available for V-Bucks at the time the gift is sent.

🔹 Yes, from 200 to 13,500 V-Bucks worth of items in a single order.

🔸 What if I entered the wrong nickname?
🔹 If you entered an incorrect nickname, you can change it on the order page.

💰 REFUND POLICY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ Full refund — if the seller fails to meet the terms of the transaction, delivers the order only partially, or exceeds the specified completion time.

⚠️ Refund with a 25% commission deduction — applies if the buyer cancels by choice (changed decision, wrong item, unread description or instructions, incompatible platform, lost access to the account, or account ban). Also applies in case of technical issues not caused by the seller or forced delays due to account or server-related issues. Refunds are only possible if the item has not yet been delivered to the account.
