Все работает! продавец отправил специальную ссылку на вход в в общий бизнес акаунт Дженими + секретную ссылку для получения одноразового кода.
у меня ну ни как из Росии не открывалась эта ссылка куда коды, ни с каким vpn . дело оказалось в операторе теле2. с другого провайдера все заработало сразу.
И еще, аккаунт продаться общий, поэтому берите 1. а то я 3 оплатил, а поучил один и тот же аккаунт 3 раза.
