HERMAN DOCTOR CARTER
Carter initially had good intentions. He wanted to understand the human psyche. But wars and conspiracy thwarted his good intentions. Carter was given increasingly uncooperative test subjects, who were happily handed over to him for experimentation. Instead of a desire to understand, he developed a desire to control. By any means necessary. And in some cases, words and text are no less effective than saws and electric shock.

CARTER´S SPARK
Is it a gift or a curse? The entity ignited a malevolent, unquenchable spark in the doctor´s heart, allowing him to generate electric shock energy at will. His insidious treatment corrupts the minds of those it touches. Victims struck by the malevolent spark begin to lose touch with reality, and with repeated exposure, they inevitably descend into madness.

OVERWHELMING PRESENCE
Your mere presence inspires fear. Survivors within your terror radius are rendered incapable of resistance. Increased item consumption rate for survivors.

OBSERVATION AND ABUSE
Your approach is meticulous, your methods terrifying.
Your terror radius increases during pursuits. Otherwise, it decreases, but your field of view increases.
Field of view buffs do not stack.

OVERCHARGE
You are fueled by your hatred of progress.
Overcharge a generator by performing the "Smash Generator" action. The next survivor to use this generator will face a challenging skill check. A failed skill check results in an additional weakening of the generator.
A successful skill check results in no progress, but prevents the generator from exploding.

When a killer breaks through your range, you see them.

FLEXIBILITY
After jumping, you begin to sprint. Activates only during pursuit.
Causes exhaustion.
Flexibility cannot be used while exhausted.
