Internet service providers may use filtering technologies (DPI), limiting or completely blocking proxy traffic, including VLESS.

If your proxies stopped working due to VLESS blocking, and you purchased a long-term subscription (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months), no refunds will be issued.

2. Local Network Restrictions
Some networks have their own restrictions:

airports;

We cannot guarantee functionality on networks with severe restrictions.
3. User-Side Issues
Refunds will not be issued if issues are caused by:
incorrect device or network settings;
conflicts with antivirus software or firewalls;
