🔴 Google gift code activation must be carried out from Turkey (Türkiye). Using means to change the IP to Turkish (proxy servers, VPN connections and other possible ones) does not mean being in Turkey and 99.9% of the time Google will refuse to activate you.
🔴 Google Play digital recharge code is activated only if the region of your account is Turkey, and the payment profile is defined as Turkish. You can check this on the payment information page here:

🔴 If you try to activate the card on a Turkish account outside Turkey, including using Turkey´s VPN, activation errors may occur:
- "To activate the gift card, provide additional information."
- "The code could not be activated because it can only be used in this country: Turkey."
- Error PRS-GCRPM-01 or similar.
In this case:
1) In any of these cases, the gift card may be cancelled by Google.
2) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CANNOT BE PROVIDED and this is not a basis for returning the code you purchased.
