Modified firmware LX5000 MOD RU

End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into between the Author of the Modification (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”) and the individual acquiring the modified firmware (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee” or “User”), and governs the use of the modified version of the firmware.

By using this software product, the Licensee confirms their acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive right to use the modified version of the firmware (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”) solely for personal, non-commercial use.

1.2. The modified firmware is distributed in compiled (binary) form only, and includes custom visual and/or audio resources created by the Licensor.

1.3. The original firmware, on which the modification is based, is the property of its respective copyright holder (the device manufacturer) and is not included in the sale. The Licensor does not distribute or sell the original firmware.

2. Copyright and Limitations
2.1. All exclusive rights to the original firmware code remain with its lawful copyright owner. The Licensor does not claim any rights to the unmodified portion of the software.

2.2. The modified visual and audio elements included in the Product are the result of the Licensor’s intellectual efforts and are protected under Chapter 70 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

2.3. The Licensee is prohibited from:

Using the Product for commercial purposes without written permission from the Licensor;

Modifying, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the Product;

Distributing, transferring, or publishing the Product to any third parties;

Representing the Product as official or original software created by the manufacturer.

3. Disclaimer of Liability
3.1. The Product is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor makes no guarantees regarding functionality, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose, and is not responsible for any consequences of its use.

3.2. Use of the modified firmware may void the device manufacturer’s warranty, cause device malfunctions, or lead to other risks. The Licensor shall not be held liable for such outcomes.

3.3. The Licensee is solely responsible for legally obtaining and using the original firmware.

4. Term and Termination
4.1. This Agreement becomes effective upon the Licensee´s receipt of the Product (including download, delivery, or installation) and remains valid indefinitely unless terminated by either party.

4.2. The Licensor reserves the right to revoke the license unilaterally if the Licensee violates the terms of this Agreement.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
5.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

5.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, in a court located at the place of the Licensor’s residence.

6. Miscellaneous
6.1. This Agreement is not a contract for the sale of the original firmware. It only constitutes a license to use the author´s modified visual and/or audio components.

6.2. By acquiring the Product, the User confirms that they understand the technical and legal nature of the modification and accept full responsibility for the use of the original software.
