I purchased the service but did not understand how to use it. I asked the seller for instructions, but he did not provide any. Instead, he repeatedly wrote in Vietnamese that he is tired and would do it later. He issued a partial refund. The service was not delivered. The seller returned roughly two-thirds of the amount I paid and kept about one-third. It is a very unusual situation where the seller chose not to explain and only returned part of the payment.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never encountered a customer quite like this. - Regarding instructions: I explicitly guided him on which link to use for login and provided the full email and password. I even followed up with a video tutorial. Yet, he still claims I provided no guidance. It is completely incomprehensible. - Regarding the refund: He purchased a $5 package. I sent him a screenshot showing the price was $5. After platform fees were deducted, I received exactly $4.84. We reached an agreement that I would refund the $4.84, and he accepted this. - After I processed the refund, he kept insisting he didn´t receive the full amount. I sent him proof of the refund and asked him to provide a screenshot showing the discrepancy on his end, but he refused to provide any evidence. - I was so exhausted by this situation that I told him to reject the current refund so I could issue a FULL REFUND instead. However, he refused to do so. Instead, he chose to leave this completely dishonest feedback. It seems like he has bad intentions regarding my shop.
