You can use OruxMaps for outdoor activities.
It´s an online and offline map viewer. With this application, you can use different map formats such as GeoPDF from the USGS store, GeoTIFF maps, .ozf2, .img garmin (vector, not fully supported), .mbtiles, etc.
Online Maps: You can use this application as an online map viewer for WMS and WMTS. Download online maps for offline use. Not all online map sources are currently available for download. If you cannot find the option to download maps, please choose another source.

You can register with the OruxMaps server, but this is not mandatory; the application does not require this step to function. If you register an account, the application will ask you to provide various personal information, including email address, date of birth, gender, weight, and height. This data will be stored on the OruxMaps server and will not be shared with any other users, individuals, or companies; it is for your use only. If you delete your account, this data will also be deleted from the server.
If you want to use the "Multi-track" option, the app will ask you to select the email addresses of the people you want to share your location with in your contacts. These emails will be stored on the server, so you can share your location with them. These emails will only be used for this purpose. If you delete your account, this information will also be deleted from the server.
