- Consider new accounts: If your account is new (never topped up), consider changing your region before topping up to prevent Steam from setting your account to the CIS region in USD. We recommend pre-ordering the region change service for Kazakhstan or Ukraine.
- Check possible limits: The recommended daily top-up limit is 31,000 rubles per day GMT.
- Split large amounts: We recommend splitting large amounts into 12k balance payments. - Special conditions for Crimea, LPR, and DPR: If you are located in Crimea, the LPR, or the DPR, close the Steam client on your PC 20-25 minutes before payment and disable mobile data on your smartphone (or put it in airplane mode).

- Login Error: If a successful payment is made to an incorrect login, the payment will not be refunded, as the service is considered rendered in full.
- Inappropriate Region: If your account region is different from the specified ones (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Uzbekistan), a refund is not possible.
- Ignoring Account Requirements: If you ignored account requirements (especially for new accounts) and the funds were not received, a refund is not possible.
- Payment system failure: If the account region does not match the specified region, a refund is not possible due to the payment system´s failure to process refunds.
- Error on our part: If the error is due to the seller, the full amount will be refunded.
- Error on your part: If the issue is not due to the seller´s fault, the refund will be processed with a 25% deduction.
