1️⃣ Enter your PSN account login and password.
2️⃣ Enable two-factor authentication on your account and provide one of the backup codes. Don´t worry, we will send you detailed instructions after your purchase.
3️⃣ In your correspondence with the seller, on the product page for the purchased item, provide the unique code received after payment.
4️⃣ Add the desired item to your cart or inform the seller what to buy (except for top-ups).
5️⃣ Wait for delivery.
❗If you purchase a wallet top-up for a non-round amount (example: 57 UAH), the top-up will be 50 UAH. The amount will be rounded down, as the seller will not cover the cost of the missing UAH amount.
❗Refunds for any reason will be processed minus 25 of the received amount (except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order due to our own fault, but not due to the fault of the service or the buyer).
❗If you wanted to buy a discounted item on PSN during a sale and paid in UAH outside of store opening hours, and the discount is no longer available after the store reopens, the seller is not responsible. This case is also eligible for a partial refund if you refuse the purchase.
❗Item pickup occurs from 5 minutes to 24 hours after purchase (depending on the queue). If payment was made at night, please wait until the store opens.
Please note: If the item was purchased outside of store hours or the delivery terms were met after closing and the PlayStation Store discount has expired, a partial refund will be issued, as the seller does not fulfill orders at night. Therefore, before purchasing outside of store hours, please note when the discount expires.
