Select "Add user" on the console (at startup or via the "PS" button → "Change user"):
PS4: New user → Create user (not a guest!).
PS5: Add User → "LET´S GET STARTED!" (not Quick Play!) → "Log In Manually."
Enter the username and password provided.
Click "Log In." In the window that appears, select not to activate this console as your primary console:
PS4: "Change Primary System" → "Do Not Change."
PS5: Under "Console Sharing," select "Do Not Activate."
Go to your Library, then the "Purchased" tab to begin downloading the game.
After downloading, play with the assigned account (P2/P3). You can switch between your users using the "PS" button → "Switch User."
After the P2/P3 subscription expires, delete the account from your console. To renew, please contact us via the message on the product receipt page.

Using your account on any device other than your console is prohibited.

At the end of the P2/P3 period, access is blocked, but you can extend it—just contact us via "My Purchases" → "Correspondence" before the end of the period to receive a discount.
