1. How can I add more storage to my purchased account in the future?
*** You just need to accurately enter the username of the account you previously purchased from us and proceed with payment to have your storage capacity added (up to 100TB). For orders placed more than one month ago, please contact our customer service team to check if the domain still has sufficient storage for an upgrade. If you need to purchase a storage upgrade package for your personal account, please refer to: Google One Package.
2. The product name is "2-year account," so will my account be revoked after 2 years?
*** No. This is actually a perpetual account with no subscription limit. The shop named it that way to avoid conflict with the warranty policy (2 years). After 2 years, the shop will not revoke the account, and you can continue using it. However, all warranty policies will no longer apply.
3. What happens if the account malfunctions and data is lost?
*** During the warranty period, faulty accounts will be replaced with accounts of equivalent capacity (or a refund will be issued based on the order value if no replacement account is available). Data stored in the account is not covered under warranty. The shop will assist customers in appealing to Google to unlock the account and recover their data.
***This is a Workspace account with an unlimited Google subscription plan. Unlike personal accounts, this account is subject to additional Google policies. Although the likelihood is very low, there is still a risk that the account may be scanned and locked by Google. Therefore, customers need to have a plan to back up data stored on their Drive account. Divine Shop understands this risk and shares this information with customers beforehand so they can choose the product that best suits their needs. If customers need to store important data, the shop recommends choosing the Google One renewal plan. This product is renewed on the customer´s personal account, so it does not carry the aforementioned risk.
4. Can the shop access my data using this account?
*** The shop will not have the right to access or view data on the customer´s account.
5. What happens if I need to upload sensitive data to Google Drive for storage?
*** If you upload sensitive data, you are violating Google´s terms of service and may have your account locked and deleted. Accounts that violate the terms of service will not be covered under warranty.
6. Can I use this account to subscribe to family plans? (For example, Google One, YouTube Premium)
*** This is a Workspace account, so it cannot subscribe to Google´s family services.
7. Does the account end in @gmail.com like other Google accounts?
*** No. The account will end in the domain name of Divine Shop, which belongs to a Google Agency.
