Perplexity | Linking a card to an account

Received a notification from Perplexity? We can help extend your access!

We will link your bank card to your Perplexity account so you can continue using the trial period.
Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ After purchase, you’ll receive a 16-digit code via email — send it to the seller
2️⃣ Go to your Perplexity account and select "Details" next to your Pro subscription
3️⃣ Copy the link for card linking and send it in the chat
4️⃣ Continue using your subscription!

⚠️ Important:
✔️ If your Pro subscription was canceled, card linking won’t help, you’ll need to purchase a new subscription with a new email
✔️ We don’t ask for your account login details and don’t share card information
✔️ We are not responsible for the subscription that gets activated on the card
✔️ The linking process is done using one of several cards, and the choice is random
✔️ Card linking is available from 15:00 AM to 12:00 AM on weekdays and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM on weekends (Moscow time). The process usually takes 5-10 minutes, but there may be delays, and we will notify you about them.
