* To redeem the gift card, log on to OZON.ru website or mobile application.

* Go to your personal account, select the ´Codes and Certificates´ section in the left side menu and enter the 10-digit alpha-numeric code and then click apply,

* You will get a successful activation notification based on which the funds will be displayed in the User Account section within a maximum of 15 minutes. If you the code is expired or has a typo you will receive a warning notification. Make sure the code you are applying is the actual alpha numeric code and not the serial number and that the expiry date is not passed.

* If you need help, go to ozon.ru/my/chat or your personal account on the website or in the Ozon application, select the "Messages" section. Specify the serial number of the certificate and describe the situation in detail.

* You can activate no more than three Ozon gift certificates per day.

* For the amount of the certificate, you can order everything, including air and railway tickets. You can not pay only for goods from the sections "Gift certificates" and "Digital books".

* After activation of the code, the funds will be credited to Ozon.Account and will be available for three years for full or partial payment for purchases on Ozon.

* To use the funds accrued by the certificate, select Ozon.Account as the payment method when placing an order;

* Ozon gift certificates are non-refundable .
