Всё прошло гладко. Регион аккаунта Стима - Россия. Главное, перед активацией проверить, что не работает ВПН, - поскольку ключ рассчитан для нашего региона, и поэтому он дешевле.
Ну, это я так считаю, что если бы апи был, например, - заподноевропейский, то - вероятно, Стим бы не дал получить по этому коду игру, или, вероятность была бы ниже.
Но нужно учитывать, что добавить в библиотеку - это одно, а успешно поиграть - другое (что так же и указал в описании этот продавец - это добросовестно). Поэтому готовьтесь к обходу блокировок со всех сторон. В наше сложное время, без этого никуда.
