This is normal; the esim card will only activate upon landing in the destination country (as soon as your device detects the local cellular network).
4. The esim card will only work in Turkey and Italy, as well as other EU countries.
5. A stable internet connection is required to install the esim.
6. Do not remove your esim from your device until the end of your trip; reinstallation may not be possible.
