•• ... Rivals of Aether is known for its intense competition and twitching skills, while Dungeons of Aether allows you to proceed at your own pace, yet still delivers an equally engaging experience! Every choice you make can lead you deeper into the dungeons or to an early demise. Will you carry out the treasure chest, or will you be carried out in a pine box?

Combats in Dungeons of Aether use a dice system that ensures each battle is unique, while offering players the opportunity to adjust the number of dice each turn. Use luck to your advantage to defeat your enemies, collect treasure, and tip the balance of power in your favor...

Features:

Four New Heroes
Dungeons of Aether introduces four exciting new heroes to the world of Aether, each with their own unique skills and memorable personalities.

Fleet
Fleet is the self-proclaimed protector of her hometown of Julesvale, though she´s seen more as a clumsy menace than a hero. A jack-of-all-trades, Fleet is a great character to learn the combat system.

Khamir
Khamir is a former wall runner from the mighty Rock Wall. He went into exile in Julesvale after losing his trusted partner. Now, Hamir seeks the purpose and courage to continue. Hamir is strong and resilient, withstanding blows until the time comes to crush his enemies.

Glade
Slade is a pirate from the distant Polekai Isles. He came to Julesvale in search of a mysterious, rare mineral unique to Julesvale. Rumor has it that this mineral holds the key to saving his homeland. Slade´s style and swagger allow him to completely evade attacks if his speed is high enough. Artemis
Artemis is a renowned general of the Fire Sea who often fought alongside Zetterburn. She was sent to Julesvale by Emperor Loxodont on a secret mission. Artemis can heal her wounds in battle, demonstrating innate regenerative abilities.

Story Mode
The world of Aether is expanding, and Dungeons of Aether adds a new, exciting layer to the ever-expanding lore! Journey to the steampunk city of Julesvale and explore the vast caverns beneath. In Story Mode, you´ll embark on a roguelike adventure, each dive starting in the city. Here, you can interact with the townsfolk and spend your hard-earned gold to prepare for your next dive.

Each dungeon you delve into will offer new challenges and rewards. As you delve into the Julesvale Mines, Lava Caverns, Underground Oasis, and mineral deposits, you´ll collect journal entries that reveal even more about Julesvale and its storied past.

Complete Challenge Dungeons
For those seeking a truly role-playing experience, there are Challenge Dungeons to test your skills. Each Challenge Dungeons is randomly generated, featuring unique events and encounters. Your mission is to complete all the game´s biomes in a single run.

While Story Mode gives you the opportunity to calmly prepare, interact with NPCs, and enjoy exploring the world, in Challenge Dungeons, it´s all up to you! Challenge Dungeons also features a leaderboard based on how much gold you´ll have at the end of each run. Will you spend your gold to ensure you can complete the run, or are you greedy?
