You find yourself in an endless open world of a prefabricated apartment building. It consists of dozens of procedurally generated objects: roads, houses, playgrounds, garages, schools, and other structures. The main feature of this northern city is the prefabricated apartment buildings, uniquely generated both outside and inside. No two buildings are alike.
Snow Digging:
In Prefabricated Apartments, you can interact with the snow. Dig out snowdrifts in entryways, cars, clear roofs, or simply build a giant snow tower. Using different shovels, you can dig up more and more snow. Weather and Time of Day:
The world of the Panel Houses features dynamic weather and a day/night cycle. Players are fully immersed in the weather, from a heavy snowstorm at night to a gentle snowfall at midday. If left out in the cold for too long, the player begins to freeze. You can warm up in the entryway.

Enter the basements. There you´ll find useful items such as shovels, intercom keys, light bulbs, carrots for snowmen, a flashlight, and other items. You can also turn on the heating in the basements.
Cinematic Mode:
In the Panel Houses, you can stop at any time and place, turn on the camera, and capture the harsh view of a northern city. Thanks to a wide range of image settings, you can create any mood for your photo. The camera will also be useful in the game: if you´ve completed all the actions in the Panel House, you can take a photo of the house from the outside and earn some in-game money for the shot.
Multiplayer:
Clean hallways, screw in lightbulbs, erase graffiti, and have a snowball fight with a friend! Just don´t lose sight of each other.
