To subscribe after payment, please provide the following information in the order dialog:

β’ login confirmation code, if required
After your order is completed, the subscription will be active on your account.

1. Select the desired subscription option
2. Pay for your order
3. Enter your Grok / X account login and password in the order dialog.
4. If necessary, send a login confirmation code.
5. Wait for the order to be completed.
6. Check that your account is subscribed.
7. After verification, you can change your password.

πΈ RETURN POLICY
Refunds are only possible if the order was not completed and the subscription was not activated.
If the order cannot be completed due to the buyer´s fault, for example:
β’ Incorrect information was provided;
β’ The buyer does not provide the login confirmation code;
β’ The account has restrictions;
β’ The buyer changes the password before completing the order;
β’ The item was purchased by mistake;
β’ The buyer refused to fulfill the order after payment;
Refunds are issued minus 25% of the order amount. This deduction is deducted from the payment gateway fee and payment processing costs.
