💸 REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only possible if the order was not fulfilled and the subscription was not completed.

If the order cannot be fulfilled due to the buyer´s fault, for example:

• Incorrect information was provided;
• The buyer does not provide a confirmation code;
• The account has restrictions;
• The buyer changes the password before completing the order;
• The product was purchased by mistake;
• The buyer canceled the order after payment;

Refunds are issued minus 25% of the order amount.
This deduction is used to cover the payment gateway fee and payment processing costs.
