I´ve been trying to get my item for 2 weeks now.
We did respond and the issue was identified it was a limits/setup matter and can be fixed quickly. We asked the buyer in the order chat for a brief confirmation/screenshot to apply the fix, but didn’t receive a reply. Please message us and we will complete it immediately.

Очень долго возобновляли подписку, из за тех проблем каких то, но продавец не забил и все равно довел дело до конца. Первый раз сделали быстро без проблем вообще, советую)

Account works. Plenty of hiccups where the account will stop working abruptly but seller will provide replacements on the same day.

In early January, I purchased an annual subscription to an individual plan, but it wasn´t an individual subscription, it was a team subscription. A month later, the team was disabled. My team subscription at my request was renewed for a different team. A month later, it was disabled again, and my subscription at my request was renewed for a different team. Now, for the third time, the third team´s subscription has been disabled again. The seller isn´t responding.
We didn’t ignore this order. When the team/workspace was disabled, we provided replacements and renewed access more than once. If it was disabled again, please contact us in the order chat with a screenshot of the current status and we will restore/replace immediately under warranty.
