No contact for 2 days. They refused to help with the item I bought and were rude when I finally reached them. They tried to force me to change my review and even threatened me with a “black mark” if I didn’t remove it. Completely unprofessional and dishonest — avoid this seller.
The buyer did not have a verified FUPS account, which is required for this card to work. This condition is written in capital letters in our description: do not buy if you don’t know how to verify your FUPS account. The buyer refused to provide any proof or screenshots of the account or activated card, confirming there was no account at all. The card works perfectly for verified users — the problem is the buyer’s inattention and failure to follow instructions.
