Firstly, he reads but doesn´t reply; secondly, he is completely unresponsive.

Been more than 24 hours just trying to log in. The service sucks, he takes forever to respond and when he does respond, he´s instantly back offline and disappears for god knows when. Such a waste of money im not even trying to get a refund at this point since he will probably get also forever to respond.
