This seller is manually downgrading paid accounts to the free version before the subscription period ends. When I contacted him, he claimed it was a ´Google ban´ and that the ´warranty´ had expired, which is a total lie.

THE TECHNICAL PROOF: The account shows a ´Request an upgrade´ screen stating that ´An email... will be sent to your company´s Workspace admins.´ This proves the account is NOT banned by Google; it is active but the Admin (the seller) has revoked the paid features. If it were a Google ban, the account would be disabled entirely.

He is manipulating buyers by using the ´warranty´ excuse to stop providing the service people paid for. I have attached the screenshot as evidence of this fraud. Do not trust his claims of ´Google issues´—he is the one controlling the subscription status.

He bought the account three days ago, but after nine days, Google downgraded it from Ultra to Pro. He then complained, claiming I was responsible. I tried to explain that I couldn´t have done that, that there are many reasons for account downgrading, but he insisted that if it was Google´s fault, the account would be banned and he wouldn´t be able to log in. I want to reiterate that I couldn´t have done that. He bought the account for $3, so there´s no reason for me to do it. I´ve sold over 3000 accounts and have clearly stated the terms of sale so customers understand. Account downgrading can be due to many reasons, such as failed payment card verification, Google charging fees, or requiring business owner identity verification, etc. In some cases, verification is possible and the subscription is restored, but for this account, I tried to verify multiple times without success, so the account only works on the Pro plan. I have completed all my commitments and product descriptions, so I advise anyone considering purchasing this account to carefully read the product description and message me for advice. That´s why this account is extremely cheap, starting at just $1.50 instead of the over $100 that Google advertised.
