I purchased accounts from this seller, but they were blocked after a few days. I immediately reported the problem to the seller, and they informed me I could receive a refund. So I sent them the accounts that were no longer working.
When I later determined which other accounts were also not working, I also reported it to the seller. Only then did they ask for my order number, so I provided it after some time. Despite reporting the problem earlier, the seller refused the refund, citing the passage of time.
I disagree with this position, as I had reported the problem earlier, and the seller was informed about the faulty accounts. The mere fact of sending the order number late should not be grounds for refusing a refund.
