Alternatively, if it was previously part of another family group, the country of that account must match the country of the new family group it wants to join.

Support is Good, they always reply with polite response, However i placed order for 12 month and the account i got showing 1 month, but they said it will auto renew, so I am good as long as it does. Thankyou
