Same problem. Seller does not care. Here is the issue: I contacted the seller on Skype, he told me I need to activate the gift Tropico 5 to get the pre-order rewards Tropico 4 + Omerta. One day later, he told me it is only Tropico 5 pre-order and no rewards. When i bought the game, he had pictures with the rewards in his description. After my reclamation, he deleted the pics and told me i am wrong. I asked for just one single refund to compensate the damage but no reaction. I still miss Tropico 4 + Omerta. He shows no understanding. Bad transaction.
