I received the item, and everything seems to work fine as of now.
The only think that you need to be aware of is that as it seems, for some people (including me) the game copy from the link provided on the description does not work, and it behaves as it is corrupted. So my advice is that instead of wasting your time downloading the torrent version provided, better download the official version from Uplay, and then repeat all the steps given upon purchase by the seller
