The support responses are copy and paste, the patches are not included as the description says: You will receive all the latest PATCHES for the game as they are released! ..
They don´t help if you get something wrong and don´t let you know where you went wrong other than giving you a copy and paste answer.
Sorry to leave this review but they do not guarantee good service nor are they consistent on what they say.
