Didn´t actually activate the game, but the seller agreed to refund, so no complaints here. Activation process may seem a little bit too complicated, but fair enough for a price that low.

Game is working fine. Received instructions to activate game instantly, but it took hours to download 110GB from steam, i suggest you download the game files from torrent provided by seller, as steam is slow.
Off to play it :)
