legit seller only issue i had was getting the installer to work but that was my own fault and i shouldve read FAQ. seller had great communication and lead me through every step of the download. thank you

The game works fine and the activation tool makes everything so much simple and less complicated.

its working fine offline, had a problem once when uplay got updated, contacted the seller, within less than 10 mins, he sent me a new key to reactivate and problem got solved, he is a good trusted seller. However, i dont like the fact that he is using his own activator and locking you out without a user/pass, and also he charges for re-activations like updates, dlcs,... there are other sellers who sends you user/pass, and you can update/download dlcs without the need to pay more or contact them, so you can choose which suits you. for me i´m not gonna bother with third party activators again and will only go for user/pass sellers.
