Все супер. UPD. Рекомендую, спустя несколько месяцев пришлось менять конфигурацию системы, продавец быстро ответил и заменил ключ.

Working account. But Microsoft Store is a hell for downloading games, sometimes corrupting game files and refusing to install. Seller´s has a guide for some problems you have regarding the installation.
Caution! You can´t launch and play the game if you are offline (since you are using seller´s account for the game).
