Seller did not provide a working key and the customer service was less than desirable. I tried to get him in contact with BattleState Games but he insisted that it was my fault due to using a vpn (which I had used successfully before). It takes him days to respond (even though he is not in a timezone that restrict him as such.) Come to your own conclusions.
