I wanted to share my experience with the YouTube Premium delivery service, as there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement:
1. Upon purchasing, I promptly provided my Google login and password. However, I was later asked for this information again in the chat. Given that I’m located in Colombia and they are in India, this caused some unnecessary delays.
2. I shared my credentials both in the chat and on Telegram, but I needed to confirm them via my phone. Although I had disabled multi-factor authentication, they reached out through WhatsApp (a third channel), which added to the confusion. When I confirmed my identity, I was asked for my login and password again, which felt redundant.
3. Communication could use enhancement as well. The responses I received were somewhat slow, even during Indian working hours, and the way the initial message was phrased felt a bit abrupt. A suggestion would be to create polite templates for common requests, which could streamline interactions and improve customer experience.
4. Lastly, while my subscription was activated, I´m unclear about the billing cycle. YouTube indicates "Individual membership. Provided by Flipkart Black," which raises some questions about payment confirmation. It´s crucial for customers to have clear control and visibility over their subscriptions, especially regarding the duration and payment status.
Overall, while I did receive the service I was looking for, these points highlight areas that could enhance the overall experience for future customers. Thank you for considering this feedback.
